Register For ATC Courses
Registration for ATC course is an easy process.
1. Download the ATC Enrollment Form by clicking here.
2. Complete the form and sign.
3. If the course requires a background check, then you will need to complete and sign the ATC Background Check Form as well. You can download this form by clicking here.
4. Mail the forms with payment to the below address. We cannot accept emails, faxes, or scans of these documents due to us legally requiring your actual signature at the time of registration. We accept checks and money orders. We also accept all major credit cards, however, if you wish to pay by credit / debit card, please contact us directly so that we can process your payment.
